performance upgrades
At All Torque Automotive and Diesel we have access to a range of quality performance enhancing products for your common rail diesel vehicle. We combine these products with our custom ECU remapping and dyno tuning to give you the ultimate enhancement of your vehicle. Listed below are some of the products we use and recommend.
ecu remapping
ECU remapping is the preferred method when it comes to increasing the power and drivability of the modern common rail diesel engine. Using the latest tuning software and data acquisition equipment we are able to tune the vehicle on our in-house dyno and modify the values found within the ECU (Engine Control Unit) which control the engine such as, torque monitoring, injection time, rail pressure, boost pressure and turbo control.

EGR SYSTEM AND INTAKE MANIFOLD CLEANING
We recommend on car cleaning of the intake system every 40,000 km. The EGR system recirculates exhaust gases back through the engine via the intake manifold to reduce engine emissions and when combined with the oil vapours which are also returned through the intake manifold from the crankcase breather to reduce emissions causes a build-up of carbon and sludge which if un-serviced will block the intake system causing loss of power, poor fuel economy and engine fault codes.
